A CHRISTMAS SURPRISE GIFT

“Paula, what’s going on you?” my friend, Dongjun asked me.

“Dongjun, can you accompany me at my home this time?” I asked erratically.

“Sure but why?”

“Uhmm... Because there’s a person who’s following me these past few weeks, I don’t know exactly that person was, I never tend to look at that person... I don’t know if that’s a girl or a boy but all I know is...I’m scared of that person!” I exclaimed.

Yeah. I’m scared with the fact someone’s following me from behind whenever I’ll walk home, I don’t know ... but I bet it’s a stalker. AND IT’S CREEPY !!! I’M REALLY SCARED OF THAT PERSON !

Like... duh? Halloween is already finish and it’s nearly Christmas so no need to scare me, it’s not Halloween anymore -___-

Well, once I saw that person...I promise to make a big punch on his or her face !

“Hey, I thought I’ll accompany you ?” I suddenly awaken by Dongjun’s voice.

“Ahh...yeah~ thank you” I said and walk with him.

“Maybe you’re just being paranoid? No one’s stalking you~” he laugh softly while looking at his back, taking a peek if someone’s behind us.

“Uh... I don’t know.” I sigh.

*sigh* maybe Dongjun’s right. I’m just being paranoid :(

The following day I enter the class with a smile.

“Hey, what’s with the smile?” one of my classmate asked.

“Hmm... I’ve got a present from unknown person, but I think it’s a secret admirer” I giggle a bit.

Yes, I’m happy that I got a present from my secret admirer! Well, it’s my first time to have a secret admirer. I wonder if he’s cute? Or handsome? Or smart? Or kind and gentleman?

I can’t wait to see him! Uhh..okay ~ I’m being flirty ^_^v Sorry ... :D

I walk towards my seat and there place my bag at the side and sit properly.

I place the present on the top of my table and just stare at it.

I look at the gift with a smile.

“Why don’t you open it now?” I got interrupted.

Psh. It’s KwangHee -_____-

“Mind your own business” and I mehrong him :P

“I saw you with Dongjun yesterday. Are you two dating?” he asked.

“None of your business” I said blankly.

“So you two are dating huh...” he said and looked away.

So what if Dongjun and I were dating?

“No. We’re not dating. We’re just friends” I explain.

Wait... why I even explaining things on him? As if he cares about it? Urgh.

“So can I da—“ He was cut off by our teacher as Ms. Kim enter the room.

I turn my attention to Ms. Kim and didn’t mind him at all.

Few minutes passed, I got bored.

Well, I really don’t understand what’s going on? What’s Ms. Kim discussing about?

“Bored?” I look at my side as I saw Kwanghee looking at me.

Why?

“uhh ...” I don’t know what to say.

“Are you already bored?” he asked.

I just nod at him and sigh. YEAH ! I’M BORED -_-

“Just wait...” he flashes a smile to me.

Wait... did he just... smile at me?

“Ms. Kim” he raised his hand out of the blue.

“Why, KwangHee?” our teacher respond.

“Uhm... Paula was sick right now; can I accompany her to the clinic?”

WHAT ?! >___<

I told him I’m bored, BUT I’M NOT SICK !

What the hell came up to this person’s mind?

Or he just didn’t hear me clearly because he has lots of dirt in his ear?

AISH !!! BWOYAH ?! >_<”

“C’mon...” and then he hold my arms to make me stand up.

I didn’t even notice that our teacher already let both of us go to the clinic.

“Aish ! What the hell did you just do?” I asked.

“What?” he asked innocently.

“I told you I’m bored ! I’m not sick!” I shouted.

“Hey ! You must be thankful, because I help you to get out on that boring subject” he hissed.

“Why should I say thank you?”

“Aish!!!” and then he look at me angrily.

There’s an awkward silence in both of us.

I shoved my arms as I realize we were both still very close to each other.

Like... he was still holding my arms while we’re walking.

And when he looks at me, we almost KISSED!!!

As our face are both just few inch distance from each other.

“Let’s go somewhere...” he said and holds my hand this time.

I was left behind and just keep on lowering my head.

I feel...something.... I feel my cheeks burn in a moment.

“yah~” I was set off of my thoughts when he star to pull me.

He dragged me to a place where no one’s there, only the two of us.

It was like a small playground and a bit dark place.

“Why did you drag me here?”

“Hmm... we will do something” he said and smile.

We will do something what?

“I bet you didn’t do this before...” he said and come closer to me.

I narrowed my eyebrows and looked at him.

“What do you mean?” I asked.

“You’ll enjoy this” he said seductively with a smirk.

AISH! What’s with this guy?! O_O OMMO !!! ANDWAE !!!

“Yah! What are you going to do?” I asked nervously.

“I told you... WE will do SOMETHING enjoyable” he smirks again and come closer.

YAH !!! What with his mind?!

Is he going to rape me? OMMO !!!! NO WAY !!!

“Turn around.” He said blankly.

“w-wae?” I asked.

“Because I told you so...”he said.

“Kwanghee, I know you’re stupid but why did you chose me?” I asked.

He narrowed his eyebrows.

“Chose you for what?” he asked back.

“I know you love making tricks on girls... I know that! I know you love playing girls.. but please don’t do this to me!” I panic.

He smile evilly “Why don’t you just do my command? Turn around.” He said.

Is he going to kill me ? OMMO T_T

What if he harassed me before he kills me?

OH NO ~ I still haven’t said any final goodbyes to my mom, dad and to my friends...

Kwanghee you’re an evil!

And I turn around...

“Okay, do what you want...kill me now~” I whisper as I close my eyes.

Suddenly while my eyes are still close I suddenly found a light...

Oh my gash ... is heaven already taking me? T____________T so fast? Okay...good bye~

“SURPRISE !!!” and I heard Kwanghee’s voice.

Eh? I thought I was in heaven?

“Open your eyes...”

I was amazed when I saw the small playground with full of Christmas lights when I open my eyes.

Uwahhh~  great I’m not yet in heaven ^0^//

“This is so—“ I was cut off when someone hit me.

“Hahaha... who says I’ll kill you? Tahahaha” he asked.

WHY YOU HAVE TO HIT MY HEAD ?! ~0~

I glare at him...oopss....did he heard what I have said?

Urhhh...another embarrassing moment! >_<

“Why would I kill the girl that I love?” I heard him whispering.

I look at him immediately with wide eyes.

DID HE JUST SAID.....GIRL THAT HE LOVE?

IS HE.....IS HE REFERRING TO ME?

“Uhmm... Merry Christmas!” he said trying to light up the awkward atmosphere.

“Kwanghee...” I felt my cheeks turn redish because of his sweetness.

“Why?” I asked awkwardly.

“Kaja! Let’s enjoy here!” I run around the small playground and sit on a swing.

We enjoy the playground for a while... we keep on running around like kids.

“I made all of these! Did you enjoy ?” he sits on the other swing.

“Really? You made this? BUT.... why did you do this...for me?” I asked.

Though I already have a hit what’s the purpose of this... I still want him to tell everything to me.

Well, KwangHee is a good friend of mine, but like other teenagers... we mostly have our little fights.

Sometimes he likes to tease me; sometimes I’m the one who teases him.

We’re good friends :)

“hmmm... I just want to make you happy this Christmas. I’ve been really naughty in front of you as always. I make fun of you sometimes, we never complete a day without fighting in just small things, I always messing your hair” he laugh softly.

See? Where both just like kids. Hahaha :D

“It’s okay~ I know that you are always joking around.”

But really... I admit I feel scared when he told me to turn around! >_<

“I want to say sorry since I think I made you scare...” he said.

What scare? Did he mean the things that I thought he’ll kill me? Hihihi ^^ I felt embarrassed about that.

“Well, I was the one who’s following you while you’re walking home. Sorry for that” he lowered his head.

BWOH?! HE SCARE ME SO MUCH, and he’ll just say sorry ?!!!

“And about your secret admirer....it was me” he said.

JINJA ?! O_O “hehe...” he laughs awkwardly.

“yah~ what are you trying to do? Why are you doing like that?” I asked.

“Because you’re special to me” he looks at me with a smile.

“I plan to make a surprise gift for you this Christmas which is this thing...” he paused as he shows me he’s referring to this small playground at the back of our school.

“But since I’ll be busy on Christmas, I made a decision to take you here before Christmas. And I get the chance to take you here this time since you’re bored a while ago.... I just hope you like it” he smiles lovingly.

“Yeah... I like it so much” I said as I look around. It was really fascinating to see the Christmas lights are blinking cutely. I really can feel the Christmas right now.

“So now... I brought you here to ask something special...” he stand up.

“Would you be my girlfriend?” he said and I can sense he’s being nervous.

“uhh....I can’t decide right now.” I also felt s bit panic.

The happenings are so fast for me...

“It’s okay” he said and holds my hands, I froze at his touch.

“I’ll wait you here on Christmas eve, there...you can tell me what will be your answer okay? I understand... happenings are too fast but... please... tell me what you feel for me. Is that okay?” he look at my eyes.

I stay froze but I manage to give him a small smile and a nod.

“I’ll wait you here on Christmas Eve...” he said and kissed me on the forehead...

“Okay...bye~” he said and leave me...

*sorry I made the story  a bit different since the flow of the story would be so fast if I made them strangers-> friends -> lovers. Maybe I could write a part 2 of these. JUST MAYBE. If I have a time, I will :)
