I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY

“Yuki, I’ll treat you to the coffee shop later, you want ?”, Jeongmin offered.

“Sorry chingu, Donghyun-oppa(your oldest brother) will fetch me later, we will going to buy something on the mall”, you reply. (chingu=friend)

“How about tomorrow, Saturday?”, He asked with hopeful eyes.

“Mianheyo. My cousins Kwangmin and Youngmin will be at home. I need to be there.” You excused.

“On Sunday?”, he frowned.

“Hmm... I’ll be having a vocal class with teacher Hyunseong and on Monday, after school I’ll help my little brother Minwoo to study for his exams, the following day I’ll be busy again since I’ll be going to help the other students to prepare for our ball”, you said almost out of breath because of your non-stop talking.

Jeongmin just smile weakly before he gave a heavy sigh. “It’s okay. Maybe next time ~” he said and look away.

“Why do you want to treat me in all of a sudden ?”, you asked.

“Hmm... I just have something to say ...” he said not wanting to look at you straightly.

“why don’t you tell me right now?” you smile.

“Aniyo. I...I can’t ~”, he said shyly.

You just shrugged. He then stands up but before he could go far, you grabbed his hands.

“Are you...mad? I’m really sorry Jeongmin-ah.” You pout.

He gave you a small smile. “Gwaenchana”, he plainly said and leave.

As expected your whole week is so busy.

You can’t even have time to talk with Jeongmin for a good hour.

You just greet each other when both of you will meet in coincidence.

Days Passed~

It was your first day on helping some students to prepare for the Grand Ball.

You are assigned in the stage making it wonderful with lots of multi-colored lights and majestic decorations.

In luck, you saw Jeongmin was there arranging the lights.

“Jeongmin-ah!”, you shouted trying to get his attention.

He look around and seconds passed he saw you.

He abruptly stop on what he is doing and walk directly to you.

“Hi, Yuki ~ I really miss you chingu.”, he said a bit blushing.

You giggle and smile at him. “Yeah. No enough time to talk each other”, you pout and give him a puppy eyes.

“You still busy?”, he asked. “Not so. I just got finish arranging those flowers~”, you sad pointing at your own made Ikebana.(Ikebana=Flower arrangement)

“Wow. So beautiful!”, he grin. *like you ~* he said to his self.

“Thanks”, you blushed.

“So, you say you’re not so busy. Can I talk to you?”, he asked and you nod.

“I...I want... just two of us will...hear...”, he was stuttering that you can’t even understand what he is saying. But you just nod.

“I... want to say..”, he bit his bottom lip and look away at you.

“I want you...” he said more of it was a mumble words.

“Wha-“ you were about to make him repeat what he said because you didn’t hear it clearly but...

“Yuki! Get back to work now. Help me here... is it okay?”, a friend of yours called you.

“Oh, Mianheyo Jeongmin. I will just help her, okay? Sorry, I can’t hear you clearly “, you frowned and as well as him.

“..But whatever you said.... I LOVE IT!”, you smile and run to the side of your other friend.

Jeongmin left there with a smile...rather a BIG smile on his face. *she loves it ?* he thought happily.

But in just seconds he dropped the smile. “But still she didn’t hear me...” he mumbled again and go back to his work.

It was finally the Grand Ball.

You are just wearing a simple gown with a small pouch that has lots of glitters.

You directly go to your friends that already reserved you a seat on a table.

You are talking to your friends when suddenly Jeongmin popped out of your head.

Well, your friends already find their partners while you were still there hoping that someone will approach you.

It was already hour passed but still no one invites you.

You look at some students dancing gracefully at the center boringly.

*I hate it~* you thought. * Maybe Jeongmin also find his partner already. * you thought sadly.

You are expecting he’ll be the one who will ask you to be his partner since he’s the only one of your best guy friend.

You sadly look away at some couples and just drink a little on your wine.

*This ball is nonsense* you thought bitterly and made your way on the door.

“Good Evening to everyone ! Hope you all enjoy this Grand ball that we prepared. But... I just want you to all lend your ears first on me”, a guy suddenly speak on the microphone. *it seems familiar* you thought and look; it was Jeongmin with a smile on his face.

“Especially, to the girl near at the door”, he said shakily.

They all turn their heads near at the door. It was happened that you are the only one near at the door.

You look around with wide eyes. *w-what is happening?* you thought nervously.

“Okay, I...I have something to say...to you” he said and look at you.

Suddenly, a spotlight blinded your eyes they focus it on you.

"Yuki, you’ve been very busy this past few days so I really don’t know when is the right time to tell this to you...”, he paused.

“...And on that time that you were busy, I am thinking what ways I can do to show and tell that important thing to you.”, he smile and you just listen to him.

But your heart beat was no longer having a normal beat, it was fast.

“...I guess, this is the right time~ I want to say... I LOVE YOU and I want you to be my girl...forever”, he said trembling as he brought the three pretty roses in front.  The couples/students watch the whole scene in impress as they see so much effort on Jeongmin’s proposal for you.

You stunned on what is happening. You never knew Jeongmin is looking at you more than a friend.

Your heart beats faster as he starts to walk towards you. You even move backward a bit when he give you the roses.

“Would you be my girl... forever..? I promise I will do my best to be the man that deserves you...” he smiles shyly.

You look at the roses with a smile. “Thanks Jeongmin” you gladly accepted the roses.

“I’m honored to be your girl”, you said and grin.

The people around both of you cheered in happiness as you both hug tightly each other.

“I love you...”
